Paradise Adventure Vacations Ltd offering all-wheel drive safari vehicles suitable for off-road driving, which enable travelers to discover the magical areas of East Africa in a pleasant and reliable manner.

Our fleet consists of 4×4 Toyota Land cruisers with a hinged roof and skylights above the front seats. The hinged roof offers two main advantages: it provides shade without restricting the view, so that you can enjoy your safari even in the very sunny hours of the day. It also allows a 360-degree all-round view.

    The 3 days Murchison falls safari Uganda takes you to an Ultimate experience of the World’s most powerful waterfall located in North Western part of Uganda. The park is the largest National park in Uganda with an area of 3840sq.kms. While on this journey, you will encounter the Big 5 mammal species like elephants, leopards, lions, buffaloes and the rhinos, you will also get an opportunity to view the Nile crocodiles, Hippos, bush bucks and various bird species like black bee eater, rare shoebill stork, weavers, grey crowned crane among others.

    Best Time To Visit – Uganda

    The best time to visit Uganda is from June to August and December to February, which are the Dry seasons. Wildlife viewing is at its peak then. Primate walks in the forest are a big part of any safari in Uganda. The habitat of rainforests is, by default, very wet, and you can’t avoid rain completely. However, after heavy rain, the skies often open up to bright sunshine.

    Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park – Early Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise – Hike To The Top Of The Falls – Optional Night Game Drive

    Wake up for an early morning breakfast, prepare yourself for another exciting encounter. Day 2 of your 3 Days Murchison falls safari Uganda starts with an early morning game drive through different trails of the park like Albert trail, buligi trail and the Victoria trail. Here, you will meet eye to eye with different mammal species like Bufaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, bush barks, giraffes among others, return to your lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later in the afternoon, embark on an afternoon boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the falls, while on the cruise, you will see the Nile crocodiles resting on the shores, herds of hippos while in water, bird species like the black bee eater, grey crowned crane, marabou stork and many others. After the cruise, You will then hike to the Top of the falls where you witness the strength of the magnificent Murchison falls as it roars and pours itself out through a narrow 8m gorge. While here, you will enjoy the soft splashes as it feels like little drizzles falling on your face from heaven. You will then return back to your lodge for relaxation as you await your dinner and an overnight.

    The 3 Days Nyungwe Chimpanzee Trekking Safari is an exciting Adventure which takes you to Rwanda’s Remarkable Safari Destination. You will enjoy a tremendous wealth of Experience with aactivities including the renowned Canopy walk and Chimpanzee Trekking. Nyungwe Forest National Park is Africa’s largest Afro-Montane forest established as a National park in 2004 and it is located in the South Western region of Rwanda in the Boarder with Burundi. The park is famous for Chimpanzee trekking which share 98.8% of human DNA. The park has 2 Habituated groups, the larger group having 60 Chimpanzees and the smaller group having 30 chimpanzees.

    The park also boosts of about 13 primate species including the famous chimpanzees, Hamlyn’s Monkeys, Silver monkeys, owl-faced monkeys, golden monkeys, Dent’s Mona Monkeys, Angola Colobus, grey-cheeked Mangabeys, Red-tailed Monkeys, vervet monkeys and L’Hoest’s monkeys.  The park also accommodates over 300 bird species and 29 of them are Albertine Rift Endemics. Nyungwe forest not only has birds and primates but also about 85 mammal species including serval cats, Congo clawless otter, mongoose, Eastern Needle-clawed Galago, Golden Cat, Bosman’s Potto, Marsh Mongoose, Giant Forest Hog and leopard.

     

    Day 1: Pick up from Kigali International Airport or your Hotel – Drive to Nyungwe Forest National Park – Canopy walk

    The 3 Days Nyungwe Chimpanzee Trekking Safari will start with a pick from Kigali International Airport or your Hotel by our Professional driver guide from Paradise Adventure Vacations who will meet and greet you, he will then brief you about your entire journey and thereafter proceed for about 6 hours’ drive to Nyungwe Forest National park with a lunch stopover enroute. This drive will offer you stunning views of the a thousand hills of Rwanda.

    Upon reaching, you will check into your accommodation for relaxation and then later proceed for the Iconic Canopy walk along the Igishigishigi trail, this is a 2km trail which will give you breathtaking views of the Rainforest and beautiful wild flowers. Here you will also get up close with the bird species of the park like Rwenzori Turaco, paradise flycatcher, great blue Turaco, Rwenzori Nightjar, white-tailed crested flycatcher, Kivu ground thrush, montane double-collard sun and red-throated Alethe and forest hornbills. You will then return back to your accommodation for your dinner and an overnight.

    Day 2: Nyungwe Forest National Park – Chimpanzee Trekking

    Your day 2 of the 3 Days Nyungwe Chimpanzee Trekking Safari will begin with an early morning lovely breakfast. Wear appropriate clothing for the activity like a long sleeved shirt, a pair of karky or jean trousers, water proof boots, a round cap and a heavy sweater to protect you from the tree branches and also in case of bad weather.  Carry in your back packs some snacks and drinking water to help in keeping you hydrated during the trek since it may take about 1 to 5 hours to find these Chimpanzees depending on their location. Proceed to Uwinka visitor center where you will be briefed about the Do’s and the Don’ts of the park, you will be assigned a chimpanzee group to look out for and also a park ranger to help you during the trek.

    During the trek, you will encounter various primates like Silver monkeys, owl-faced monkeys, golden monkeys, Dent’s Mona Monkeys, Angola Colobus, grey-cheeked Mangabeys, Red-tailed Monkeys, vervet monkeys and L’Hoest’s monkeys and also bird species like Grauer’s warbler, kamiranzovou, Rwenzori Turaco, Blue Turaco, purple breasted and the blue-headed sunbird. You may as well encounter some mammal species like paradise flycatcher, great blue Turaco, Rwenzori Nightjar, white-tailed crested flycatcher, Kivu ground thrush, montane double-collard sun and red-throated Alethe among others. You will later return back to your accommodation for a delicious lunch and spend the rest of the day relaxing and memorizing about the unforgettable experience. Later you will have your dinner and an overnight.

During this hike you will enjoy the views of the biggest waterfall in Nyungwe Forest National Park.
