Singita Sabora Tented Camp has 9 tented suites placed close to the ground. This Tented camp matches the earthy palette of the bush allowing for a great camouflage amongst the roaming wildlife around. All the suites have modern and camping furniture like a 4-poster bed for you to sleep the night away and get ready for a new adventure. All the rooms have their own curated kitchenette and dining area in case you are looking for a bit of privacy. Enjoy beautiful views from your private meditation deck and fitness area, also look out across the glorious African night sky and watch the wildlife pass by from a secluded outdoor lounge that has been equipped with scattered cushions and also daybeds.

Within the extremities of the main lodge, there is the beautiful and secluded swimming pool that is a glorious place for cooling yourself down after a long day in the African sun. If you want to keep up with your fitness routine, then head to the onsite gym that has basic fitness equipment to suit your needs. However, if you are looking for something more relaxing then pamper yourself with one of the many spa treatments available at the spa or if you wish, you can have it in your private room.

Singita Sabora Tented Camp is strategically located on the route of the Great Wildebeest Migration which therefore allows for unmatched wildlife viewing experience. Wildlife viewing around the Camp happens throughout the year with the possibility of spotting many of the African wildlife including some members of the Big 5. An Expert guide from the lodge will take you out on one of the game drives, have a chance to learn about the conservation of the area, how guides get to track different wildlife species and also see the best spots for animal sightings.

During your visit to the community, you will learn about the Tanzanian culture and also all the positive impacts they have gained from tourism within the area. Guests at Singita Sabora Tented Camp invited to visit the Grumeti Fund Community Outreach Program, a Non-profit organization that carries out wildlife conservation and community development programs in and around the Singita Grumeti Reserve.

This Community Outreach Program works together with residents of the 21 villages surrounding Singita Grumeti to realize their development goals. Among the issues addressed by the Grumeti Fund are Education, Enterprise development, Natural resource management, and water management.

Bird Watching

The area around Singita Sabora Tented Camp  blessed with a wide variety of bird species making the area a bird watcher’s dream. Visitors can decide to go a birding safari as they engage with the Field Guides at the lodge to learn more about the bird species in the area. Some of the species here include the Grey crowned cranes, grey kestrel, African cuckoo, Juvenile martial eagle, Sunbird enjoying nectar, Brown/Meyer’s parrot, Male pin-tailed whydah and many others.

Hot Air Balloon Safari

Guests at Singita Sabora Tented Camp have the privilege to enjoy the Serengeti plains on a Hot Air Balloon flight. This experience is a unique way of experiencing the vastness of the Serengeti at sunrise as you float above the treetops in complete silence while capturing sights of numerous wildlife below.
