At Paradise Adventure Vacations, our team is made up of passionate professionals born and raised across East and Southern Africa—including Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa. Our guides are highly trained naturalists, environmentalists, and exceptional wildlife spotters with extensive field experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to delivering unforgettable safari experiences.

All our guides are fluent in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian, with most having over 15 years of safari-guiding expertise. Their top priority is ensuring your safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout your journey.

Kiwanuka Mussa Lubega

CEO & Managing Director

Kiwanuka Mussa Lubega is the Founder and Managing Director of Paradise Adventure Vacations Ltd. Born and raised in the Eastern Ugandan district of Bunyangabu (Kibiito), his inspiring and humble beginnings have shaped the person and leader he is today. Beyond his love for family, his greatest passion is tourism—sharing the breathtaking beauty of Uganda and the African continent with travelers from around the world.

Mussa has over 15 years of extensive experience in the tourism industry across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa. His expertise spans Africa Safari Tours, Uganda & East Africa Safaris, Luxury Wildlife Safaris, Gorilla Trekking Expeditions, and African Adventure Travel. Since 2009, he has played an important role in promoting East African tourism in the USA market, contributing to increased tourist arrivals to the region.

A multilingual professional, Mussa’s ability to communicate in English, and Spanish strengthens his global marketing approach and enables him to connect with travelers from diverse destinations.

His love for Africa’s natural wonders is unmatched—from boat trips on the Nile in Murchison Falls National Park to cruises along the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park, trekking the Rwenzori Mountains, gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable and Mgahinga National Parks, and exploring iconic wildlife destinations such as:

Patricia is our Travel Agent and  Represents Paradise Adventure Vacations in Europe. Raised in Spain and Italy she lives  now between Paris and Africa. After graduating at University she started guiding photo workshops and trips in Europe before moving to western and southern Africa where she  developed a great passion for wildlife and adventure trips,  designing exclusive tailored adventure for selected guests and guiding french, Spanish and Italian Private Tours and Group Tours.

Pat loves nothing more than sharing her deep knowledge of Africa with her travellers. They arrive as guest, they leave as family. She develops different projects involving wildlife conservation and primate oriented assisted therapies. To all Travellers who wants to have Vacations in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Congo, she can advise with the best options for safari trip packages. 

Robert Max Tayebwa

Head Operation Manager

Robert Max Tahebwa is Operation Manager of Paradise Adventure Vacations with a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism with a specialization in tour and travel operations. Robert is the head behind Paradise Adventure Vacations. He has organized numerous trips in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Congo featuring gorilla trekking and wildlife safaris.

He is passionate about Uganda’s tourism for it portrays Uganda’s beauty to the world. Robert is a humble guy and believes in proving quality services for all clients and even after 10 years of successful running, He is still going strong. We can’t wait to see you and discover the mother’s nature today with us!

Head Reservations

Ssemwogerere Brian Khaleed

Head of Reservation Manager

Khaleed is from Mweya region of Queen Elizabeth National park and spent all of his childhood there. He grew up in the bush and developed a passion for all nature and wildlife from an early age. He is from the Baganda tribe, rich in culture. Making Khaleed knowledgeable in local sites and traditions.

He completed his secondary schooling in Kampala, after which he successfully completed a diploma in Tourism, Wildlife and Hotel Management. Khaleed spent many years, both during his schooling and after, working with environmental and wildlife research teams in Uganda’s main national parks. Such as Queen Elizabeth, Lake Mburo and Murchison Falls National Park. He also worked with Paradise Childcare Uganda as a driver in the field. Helping to set up the stations for charity and communicating with the locals.

Khaleed has an incredible amount of practical knowledge gained from a hands on experience in the field and the national parks. He began guiding in the early 2000 and his depth of knowledge and skill is apparent from the first point of meeting. He  has organised several trips in Uganda Safari Packages, Rwanda Safari Packages, Tanzania Safari Packages, Kenya Safari Packages,  and Congo Safari Packages

In his free time he loves brushing up on his nature and wildlife knowledge through self-study. But also enjoys a good game of pool! He has a very easy going nature and positive attitude, making him very pleasant company and always has a smile ready. As he says, “life is good!”

Senkayi Eric

Tour Guide 

Senkayi Eric is a driver guide at Paradise Adventure Vacations whose originality is traced in the central part of Uganda, Wakiso district. He completed his Advanced level schooling from Merryland High School Entebbe and later joined Makerere University. Where he attained a Bachelor of Tourism management. Started his Tourism career in the eastern Tourism district of Jinja in 2013. He has done numerous trips in and around Uganda up to the Virunga mountains of Africa/ Democratic Republic of Congo.(DRC)

 
Trained with “This Is Africa Adventures (TIA) ,a South African based company by then. And now it is based in Cyprus. He did trips to the furthest and most isolated Uganda’s Ik tribe of Karamoja in Kidepo valley national Park. Near South Sudan and the Virunga mountains of DRC. Later he further trained in the hospitality industry in the western Tourism city of Fort portal at Raca Resort Hotel which gives him wide knowledge in the field of Tourism. Also did practical mechanics for one year to acquire more skills incase of any simple breakdown during a safari. He is keen to learning new skills in and beyond Tourism.

Twinomuhangi Yonah

Senior Guide

Yonah is from Kabale of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and spent all of his childhood there. He grew up in the bush and developed a passion for all nature and wildlife from an early age. He is from the Munyankole and Mukiga tribes, both rich in culture. Making Yonah knowledgeable in local sites and traditions.

Completed his secondary schooling in Isingiro, after which he successfully completed a diploma in Tourism, Wildlife and Hotel Management. Yonah spent many years, both during his schooling and after, working with environmental and wildlife research teams in Uganda’s main national parks. For instance Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Queen Elizabeth, Lake Mburo and Murchison Falls National Park.

Ronet Kwarisiima

‘TRAVEL IS NEVER A MATTER OF MONEY BUT COURAGE’.

Ronet holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Makerere University Business School. I trained with Uganda Tourism Board(UTB) for Six(6)months to finally feel the worth of loving the beauty of nature. However, I later got a job in Star times a DIGITAL TV service and device provider as a Corporate Sales Manager connecting media and entertainment to Hotel industry a project I worked on passionately since it connected me to hospitality for a Three(3)Years. And back to my roots, as I joined PARADISE ADVENTURE VACATIONS as an Administrator for Four (4)Years now and still passionately working with this lovely energetic team that has a goal and objective of meeting its clients demands in tourism and taking it to another level across E.Africa .

We believe in value for money. Every guest would like to have the most reliable and comfortable vehicles on safari. In response to the clients’ needs, we have a very strict vehicle replacement policy. That ensures a young fleet at all times. We have a total fleet of 225 well-maintained motor vehicles, predominantly 4-wheel drives. This does away with the problem of sub-contracting vehicles and driver-guides. Which may compromise the quality of services. Our safari vehicles are specifically converted for maximum space and comfort. All of them have hatched roof and sliding windows to facilitate good viewing. And convenient photography during game drives and sight seeing.
