Singita Faru Faru Lodge

Singita Faru Faru Lodge situated within the Serengeti Grumeti area in Northern Tanzania. Serengeti a very substantial Park and surely the greatest wildlife reserve in East Africa with vast endless grassy plain which comprises a wide range of different scenery and ecosystems. The area famously known for its massive wildebeest migration which happens year-round. Moreover, the Serengeti is the most productive area in Africa for lions and cheetahs, this makes it well worth visiting at any time of the year, usually as part of a longer overland safari through the region.

Vehicle safari operated by day and night, as well as being able to go off-road to make the most important wildlife sightings. A magnitude of wildlife can be viewed here all year-round with a good range of resident animals, including all of the usual suspects excluding the Rhinos.

The communal building at Singita Faru Faru Lodge is contemporary and minimalist, and it balances exposed stone floors and walls with attractive wooden interiors and structures, covered by a canvas roof. The Lodge’s main area contains the dining space, bar, and lounge overlooking the waterhole. It as well has a wellness and fitness centre, a boutique and also gallery. There are also 2 swimming pools beyond the building and a vast outdoor deck and firepit, ideal for relaxed afternoons and sundowners.

We do not often praise the food and hospitality of Luxurious lodges since high quality always comes as Standard. However, Faru Faru Lodge and the entire Singita Reserve in that case deserve their own special mention. This Lodge is unquestionably the highest standard of hospitality and service in Tanzania.
