Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, enjoying game watching and bird viewing along the way. Tarangire is famous for its big herds of elephants and is also known as “the paradise of Baobab trees.” The park is beautiful and green during the rainy season, but there is still plenty to be seen during the dry season as well. Animals can be found by the rivers drinking and cooling their bodies in the water and mud.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast at the camp you will drive into Ngorongoro Crater for a game viewing and a drive along the rim of the crater to the entrance. You will eat a picnic lunch and transfer to Panorama Camp for dinner and overnight. The maximum time you will spend in the crater is six hours. Day 3: Lake Manyara – Arusha
Early after breakfast you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park has more than 300 species of birds including flamingos, pelicans and storks – all of which can be found on the lake. Mammals such as antelopes, baboons and the big cats can also be seen at times. Your lunch will be at the picnic site. You will then drive back to Arusha for your overnight or departure.
